Hot air welds or high-frequency welds
Plasticol offers both hot air and high-frequency weldings. Thanks to these two different types of techniques, flexible profiles can be welded directly at the production stage, avoiding further tasks and times waste after the delivery of the commissioned products. The use of innovative machineries allows us to achieve excellent results and lead times.
Digital printing on the products
Plasticol offers a product customization service by printing the company logo as well as other useful information that our customers want to be clearly visible to those who will use the finished product.
Cut to size
Plasticol offers all its customers the service of cutting products to size. In this way, all profiles arrive to the customer ready for use, without the need for further processing.

Packaging on spools, hanks or reels
At the customer’s request, Plasticol packages extruded profiles produced on spools, skeins, cardboard or rigid bobines. Packaging specifications are given by the customer when ordering. Depending on the production, we offer packaging of different sizes. Among the available solutions are:

Design, realization, implementation, and technical assistance in developing new moulds
Thanks to the collaboration with a team of specialized technicians and engineers, our company can design and manufacture moulds of all kinds, which allows the creation of fully customized products, starting from a simple drawing or sample. In addition to the creation of drawing dies, Plasticol’s staff is also available for technical consultations aimed at identifying the most suitable solution for each customer’s needs.
